Welcome to my page!  I have been teaching at Avalon ISD for 21 years!  I started out as a paraprofessional in the Special Education classroom and decided to go back to school to get my teaching degree.  I graduated from Western Governor's University in December of 2011.  I am currently teaching all resource classes for grades 9-12.  I am also serving as the Special Education Director for Avalon.  I love teaching and building relationships with my students.  My main goal is to teach my students the skills they will need to make them successful in whatever they decide to do after they graduate high school.

 

I have provided some links for Math and English Language Arts and Reading (ELAR) on the right side of this page for my students to explore.  They can also be used for additional help and/or practice.
