Hello! Welcome to my page! I would love to share a little bit about myself.
I have taught at Avalon for 13 years as a Paraprofessional. In 2008, I went back to school to receive my Bachelor of Arts in Special Education and have now become a certified teacher in Texas. I am so excited to be able to now call myself a professional.
I teach mostly Resource Math classes which is for students receiving Special Education services. I love teaching Math and I love teaching Special Education students, so I guess you could say that I love my job!! I also teach a regular math class here and there.
I enjoy teaching at Avalon. I have two boys who have both graduated from Avalon. I believe they received a quality education here. The faculty and staff at Avalon are highly qualified. Avalon has a family atmosphere where we all care about each other and the students.
