Mission
Avalon Independent School District believes all children can learn. This
school district shall ensure that all students will be given the
opportunity to discover and achieve their potential scholastically,
emotionally, and physically. The Avalon Independent School District will
provide a quality learning environment that includes the best in
faculty and staff, as well as an environment that is clean and safe,
caring and thoughtful, motivating and challenging. The faculty and
staff, with the community, will work together to provide students the
opportunity to reach their potential and become positive members of
society.
